        Drain and crumble a package of extra firm tofu into the
                blender of food processor
        Process until smooth
        Melt 3/4 cup chocolate chips in the microwave (1 to 2 minutes
                depending upon wattage of oven - careful!) 
        Add the chocolate and l teaspoon of vanilla extract to the
                tofu.
        Process until no white can be seen in the mixture. 
        Spoon into small individual serving bowls.
