Recipe: 00281 Title : Peanut Butter Balls Author: Joan Mathew Date : August 1995 _________________________________________________________________________ 1 jar smooth peanut butter (1-lb,2-oz size) 1 lb box of confectioner's sugar 3 cups Rice Krispies (crispy, puffed rice cereal) 1 stick (8 oz.) butter, melted 1 large package of Nestle's semi-sweet chocolate chips (12 oz) 1/2 stick (4 oz.) paraffin wax Mix together first 4 ingredients. Roll into balls and place on waxpaper covered trays; refrigerate 1 hour. Melt chocolate and paraffin in top of double-boiler. Dip peanut butter balls in chocolate with a small spoon or fork.
