Recipe: 00269 Title : My Family's Favorite Brownies Author: Date : August 1995 _________________________________________________________________________ - 4 oz. chocolate (unsweetened or semisweet) - 2 sticks butter - 4 eggs - 1 tsp. vanilla extract - 1 cup flour - two cups sugar - dash of salt - chopped nuts (optional) - chocolate chips (optional) Slowly melt the chocolate and butter in a large saucepan. Add all of the other ingredients, and mix well. Pour into a greased (Pam works well) rectangular baking dish, and bake at 325F for about 25 minutes (or until done).
