Recipe: 00244 Title : Peanut Butter Balls Author: Trisha McLain Date : July 1995 _________________________________________________________________________ 1/2 lb. whipped margarine 1 c. peanut butter 1-1/2 boxes powdered sugar 12 oz. chocolate chips 10 shavings from a block of paraffin Cream margarine with peanut butter. Add vanilla and sugar. Roll in balls. Melt chocolate chips with paraffin. Using a toothpick, dip each ball in mixture and lay on wax paper to dry. (As a note, I have no idea how much paraffin should be used. This recipe came from my mother and you could tell that the amounts weren't precise at times because occasionally they'd have a waxy taste.
