Recipe: 00207 Title : Chocolate Mouse II Author: Carl Kelley Date : July 1995 _________________________________________________________________________ Ingredients: * 8 oz. semisweet chocolate * 3 Tbsp. powdered sugar * 3 Tbsp. strong brewed coffee * 2-3 egg yolks * 1 1/4 cups whipping cream Preparation: 1. Melt chocolate in a double boiler or in a pan with hot water 2. Add sugar, coffee and egg yolks, one at a time. Stir until mixture has thickened. Remove from heat.
