Recipe: 00194 Title : Chocolate/Peanut Graham Cracker Crust Author: Glenn Witt Date : June 1995 _________________________________________________________________________ Recipe By : Glenn Witt Serving Size : 16 Preparation Time :1:15 Categories : Cookies, Cakes, & Guilt Food Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 1/2 Cups Teddy Grahams (Chocolate) -- rolled to crumbs 1/4 Cup Sugar 5 Tablespoons Margarine -- melted 1/2 Cup Blanched Peanuts -- finely chopped Grind the Teddy Bears and Peanuts to fine crumbs. In a small bowl mix the peanuts, sugar, and graham crackers until well blended. Add the melted margarine and mix thoroughly with a fork. Pat the mixture onto the bottom and up 2/3 of the sides of a 9 inch springform pan. Chill 1 hour before using.
