Recipe: 00187 Title : Chunky Chocolate Chip Cookies Author: Joel Ehrlich Date : June 1995 _________________________________________________________________________ Yields 48 Cookies 1 Cup Butter 1/2 tsp Baking Soda 1 Cup Brown Sugar, Packed 1/2 tsp Baking Powder 2 Eggs 1/2 tsp Salt 3 Tbls Whole Milk 3 Cups Chocolate Chips (you 1 tsp Vanilla Extract may use M&Ms). 2 Cups All-Purpose Flour Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Cream together the butter, sugar, eggs, milk and vanilla in a mixer bowl. Combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt in another container. Add to the butter mixture and blend well. Stir in the chocolate chips (or M&Ms) carefully so as not to break them. Cover the bowl and refrigerate overnight. Scoop out the dough by teaspoonfuls and drop on an ungreased cookie sheet, 1 inch apart. Bake until browned (about 8 minutes).
