Recipe: 00093 Title : Hot Fudge Sauce Author: Karen Reznek Date : May 1995 _________________________________________________________________________ 3/4 cup light corn syrup 1/2 cup cocoa powder (not a mix) dash of salt 1/3 cup butter or margarine (margarine for dairy free) 1/2 teaspoon vanilla Combine syrup, cocoa, and salt in a small sauce pan. Heat slowly, stirring constantly till bubbly; simmer 3 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in butter or margarine and vanilla.
