Recipe: 00028 Title : Toll House Chocolate Chip Pie Author: Date : April 1995 _________________________________________________________________________ 2 eggs 1/2 c. flour 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar 1 c. butter (melted and cooled to room temperature) 6 oz. pkg (1 cup) Nestle Toll House semi-sweet morsels 1 c. chopped walnuts one 9" unbaked pie shell Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In large bowl, beat eggs until foamy. Add flour, sugar and brown sugar; beat until well blended. Blend in melted butter. Stir in semi-sweet chips and walnuts. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 325 for 1 hour. Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream. Makes one pie. If using frozen pie shell, ony use deep dish style and thaw completely.
