Mango Salad ----------- green mongoes a lot of fresh red thai chilies, the hottest type some suger some salt Nam Pla( fish sauce) (tomatoes) usually not Peel the mango and get it into thin long piece, should have the same condition as the papaya in Som Tam. grind the chili with very little suger and salt in a mortar, add the mango and fish-sauce and grind it some more.
