Sausage made in owen -------------------- 300 gram of lightly smoked polony sausage 2 tblsp mustard 100 gram cheese in slices 2 tblsp breadcrumbs If you want you can also have 1 apple 1 onion 1 can of minced, peeled tomato Prehet the owen to 225'C (about 400'Farenheit). Pull of the sausage-skin and cut it in ½-1 cm slices, but not totally, it should be about ½-1 cm left it should still stick together. Grease a ovenproof dish and put the sausage on. spread some mustard on the slices and put some slices of cheese between sausages slices. Spread some breadcrumbs over and put it in the owen for about 20 minutes. If you want put also some slices of apple or/and onion between the sausageslices and pull the tomato over. Serve with mashed potato and peas Make 4 serves
