This is a first attempt to make the Performa detect cards in the PDS
slot. If I understand it correctly the PDS card should show up as an
ordinary nubus card in slot e. Unfortunately the nubus code
does not work yet so the no_bart controller has not been very much
tested. The nubus code does seem to find something in slot e when
no_bart is enabled, though. But after it finds something it freezes.
