When invoked at the CP/M-86 command prompt, FLASH rapidly flashes the three
LEDs (the Num Lock, Caps Lock and Scroll Lock indicator lights) on the key-
board of an AT-class computer, until a key is pressed.

FLASH serves no useful purpose whatsoever; it's just kinda fun.  The program
will not work with PC- or XT-class machines.

Improvements over the original DOS program:
* Added check for CPU type; program now aborts if run on a PC or XT computer.
* Re-wrote the timing loops; LED flash rate is now independent of CPU speed.

FLASH.CMD is free.  As is always the case with "freeware," there are no
guarantees whatsoever.  If you use the program, you do so entirely at your
