CAPS Version 0.0 - Toggle The CapsLock State "On" or "Off"

CAPS allows you to turn the keyboard's CapsLock state "on" or "off" from
software.  This can be useful when an ill-behaved or prematurely aborted
program leaves the Capslock state "out of sync" with your keyboard indi-
cator light.

Syntax:  CAPS +      turns caps "on."  
         CAPS -      turns caps "off."

If CAPS is invoked with a missing or unrecognized command-line argument,
a summary of the proper syntax will be displayed on the screen.
 
CAPS.CMD is free.  As is always the case with "freeware," there are no
guarantees whatsoever.  If you use the program, you do so entirely at
