        SyDupe  is Sydex's answer for those CopyQM customers who wish  to
        improve  their duplication throughput without  adding  additional
        systems.   SyDupe  has the distinction of being able  to  format,
        write  and  verify  up  to three copies AT  THE  SAME  TIME.   No
        fooling--the throughput is really three times that of CopyQM  (or
        any  other  package).  If double-speed drives are used,  one  can
        realize  a  600% improvement in throughput over  CopyQM!   SyDupe
        includes  all of the CopyQM Plus utilities and reads  and  writes
        CopyQM-compatible  image  files.  SyDupe is  priced  at  $249.00.

        CopyQM Plus
        -----------

        The CopyQM "Plus Package" includes several features not supported
        by standard CopyQM:

            *    Serial  numbering  of  copies  with  logging  of  serial
                 numbers.
            *    Construction  of  self-extracting diskette  image  files
                 from   CopyQM  image  files.   Password  encryption   is
                 supported.
            *    Diskette drive cleaning and testing utility.
            *    Insertion of copy-protection information on copies.
            *    "Shell  out" to a DOS program after each copy,  or  load
                 and  run  a user-written overlay before and  after  each
                 copy.

        CopyQM  Plus  includes a site license for up to  25  systems  and
