WS-FIX is a new utility that will strip off the 8th bit off of WS created programs. An example of this would be the difference between a hard carriage return and a soft carrage return. WS will add a 128 to the ASCII value to create a soft return. Please note that you should not use the same name for the output file that you used for the input file. You will crash the source file if both names are the same.
