ROMAN converts decimal numbers to Roman numerals.  Works from the 
command line, or in interactive mode.  For ZCPR3 only, includes 
standard COM file and Type 3 version loading at 8000h.  Version 
0.3a corrects minor problem found by Howard Goldstein's bug-geta.
