LIST is a ZCPR3 utility to send files, unaltered, to the CP/M LST 
device.

No extra formfeeds or resets are sent.  The printer receives only 
the contents of the specified file.

USAGE:

     LIST {dir:}<fn.ft> {/<option>}

An input filename is required.  If a drive, user, or directory 
name is not given, the current drive and/or user is assumed.

The only available option is "G" (graphics mode), which will 
cause LIST to ignore the CP/M end-of-file character (^Z).
