Re:   DICCRE V2.0

A new version of DICCRE (the dictionary creation program for SPELL)
has been stored in SPELLM20.LBR.  It fixes a bug found by Leor Zolman.

Don't worry about the integrity of dictionaries you have already
created!  You would have noticed had the bug hit you.  DICCRE V1.0
failed to write double apostrophes to SPELL0.MAC if one was in a word.
Obviously, M80 simply choked on such files.
