This version of Hal Bower's MLOAD alternative adds TINIT/DINIT 
calls, Program Error Flag Support, improved Z3 filename parsing, 
and the program's actual (EFCB) name in the syntax help screen.  
Improvements to the LIBs enable this to be done while keeping
