CALCIOP is an IOP version of the classic Eric Meyer HP calculator, 
in ZRL format for JetLdr or the NZCOM loader.  The great bulk of the 
code is from Carson Wilson's CALCRCP, grafted to a modified version 
Joe Wright's NZIOP skeleton from NZ-SRC.LBR.  Unlike CALCRCP, there 
is no "CALC" command -- CALCIOP is disabled by simply loading
