Option (1) -- This option sets the default increment that DETABZ will use 
to fill tab characters with spaces.  For compatibility with CP/M and MS-DOS 
text files, this value should be set to 8, but you can set it to another 
value if you wish.

Option (2) -- This option determines whether DETABZ will be in verbose or 
quiet mode by default.  The default may be toggled by using the "Q" option 
on the command line.
