ZCPR3 Help System 

   This library contains updates to the following Z3 help files:

CONCAT       ... 0.6 --> 0.7
FF           ... 2.0 --> 2.2
LBREXT       ... 2.7 --> 2.9
SCAN         ... 2.0a --> 2.1
SCAN1        ... 2.0a --> 2.1
V0           ... 0.2a --> 0.3

   Use VLU or NULU  to replace/add  these files  to  their appropriate  Z3HELP
libraries:  CONCAT.HZP to C.LBR, etc.   Asterisked  files  are  for  beta test
versions.
