Takes a Z3TCAP (TERMNAME.Z3T) file and creates a commented
TERMNAME.Z80 source code file that can be edited to customize the
Z3TCAP for your terminal and configuration, then assembled and
loaded to your environment.  Includes new terminal configuration
bytes, extended Z3TCAP control sequences, and line graphics defined
in Joe Wright's latest VLIB4C/WSPAT.  See TCSRC11.DYC.
