Fills memory from a starting address to an ending address with a 
single byte, specified from command line in hex: FILL ssss eeee 
[bb]. Fill byte defaults to zero. CIM file for Z33 systems linked to 
run in high memory at 9800h, COM file for Z3 systems at TPA.  Source
