This file conatins my reworking of Dreas Nielsen's routines for
manipulating shell variables.  Most of the routines have been shortened,
but they remain functionally identical to the originals.  I have also
included an SLR format REL file, (Z3VARLBS.REL), for those who prefer
this format.
