This library contains an include file and several example Turbo Pascal 
programs which illustrate how you may write Z-System utilities in Turbo 
Pascal. Written by Joe Wright. The .BOX file has been slightly modified 
(multiple command line buffer function was added) and the CPY and RAD 
example programs now use an inline paramstr function which had to be coded 
for Turbo Pascal 2.0. This function now correctly uses the multiple command 
line buffer to determine parameters in the command line.
