Due to the confusion surrounding SYSLIB,Z3LIB,VLIB and DSLIB, I thought it
best to attempt to consolidate all the changes to date, make all version
numbers in each library the same (4.3), and renew a somewhat controlled
baseline.  To assist in this effort, this LBR contains a little routine,
LIBVERS in source, rel, and executable for the libraries contained herein.
To see what version of the four libraries you might be using now, simply
link LIBVERS with all four libraries as:

	ZML LIBVERS,DSLIB/,VLIB/,Z3LIB/,SYSLIB/

This produces LIBVERS.COM which, when executed, prints version-specific data
contained in the version module of each library.  It is only current if all
people updating the libraries also updates this module for each change!!!!!!

Differences in these libraries are as noted:
	SYSLIB - EVALxx routines fixed, includes JWW mods thru Dec 89 and
		 MOPEN fix from Aug 90 SLIBJWW.
	Z3LIB  - Same as Jul 89 release except for Version module
	VLIB   - Same as VLIB4D except for Version module
	DSLIB  - Same as Apr 89 4.0 release except for Version module
