This revision to the ZCPR3 Memory Utility revamps the "C" (execute 
user Command line) command, fixes and restructures the "//" help 
response, tightens the code, and introduces a Type 4 version for 
Z34/NZCOM/Z3PLUS users.  From July 7, 1988, released August 9, 1988.
