Split will split a file into subfiles of any specified number of lines.
A usage message is given if SPLIT is entered with no arguments.  Version
2 increases buffers to 16K (from 4) while reducing the .COM file size to
under 3K.  Thanks due to a tip from Steve Cohen's Z3INSTP.MAC.

This program is tremendously fast compared to all the Turbo Pascal
file splitters (e.g. CHOP, SPLITTER, SPLIT.PAS) which seem to have
cropped up.
