NT - Note Maker

Syntax:  NT [dir:][file][.typ]

If no file is specified on the command line, a name is requested on exit.
Inputting a blank name appends text to default file.

This program must run under ZCPR 3.3.  A disassembly of SCAN and FCBCHK
from Z33LIB is included in Z33FUNCT.LIB.

New Feature:
     NT42DS contains the DATE routine to insert time and date into each
note (for those running DateStamper).

Bug Fixes:
  -  The Z33LIB disassembly contained uninitialized Z3INIT code which
     caused problems on other systems.
  -  When I included a fancy routine to check for ZCPR3.3, it cut the
     default file spec from the RCP version.
