Prtproc3.pas is an update of Prtproc.cpm, A TURBO PASCAL (TM)
program found in PRT.LBR.
Version 2.0 was developed on June 10, 1986.  Version 3.0 was
developed on January 29, 1987.

This program lists procedures, functions, includes, switches and
the name of the program to a disk file, to the printer, or the screen.

It adds the options of writing the output to a file--just
hit 'F' when ask if you want to output to a (F)ile and the
options of writing the output to the screen--just hit 'S' for
the (S)creen.  PRTPROC3.CPM retains the ability of version 1.0 
to output the output to a printer--just hit 'P' for (P)rinter.

PRTPROC3.CPM also allows the user to add to an output file additional 
text--just use the name of an existing output file when as for file
to output to.  

This adoption is to the CPM version only.
