Last unorganized release of RTDS......... Update notes as they come
to mind.... (best to replace all the stuff or ignore it)...

RTDS2, if there will ever be such a thing, will have complete documentation
and be basically ready-to-install in any ICM CPS-Bxx system (banked slave).
Also, be on the lookout for TurboControl...


Oh, yes, the update notes...

-	LOGIN now writes a CALLERS.SYS file (must pre-exist as global file)
-	USERS.SYS now contains a header record showing number of callers
-	ABORT PROCESS call now supported (see ABORTA.MAC)
-	TWIX now interrupts just about any time
-	minor changes too numerous to list to all modules
-	rudimentary 16 bit support

Gee, I'm a mess again.  I promise, no more messy updates.  If all those who
are seriously intertested in running RTDS leave me a note, I'll continue
working on it and will clean it up... otherwise, wait for TC.  Do not rely
on SENECA as distribution point - only I know how long it's going to be here.
