For ZCPR users, here is  WHLCHK.COM.  This program 
will modify any .COM program so that it first checks for
the ZCPR3 wheel byte, and if not set, will terminate with 
the message PROGRAM ACCESS DENIED....

	Syntax: WHLCHK filenm[.COM]

You need only run WHLCHK one time, it reads in the named
COM program, modifies it to check for the wheel byte, and saves
it back to disk.  

You should first save your original program....there is no
UNWHLCHK.COM, in case you ever change your mind!!!! 

Zcpr2 users should change the wheel byte location....
