QWIK4 is a replacement for the RCP/M FOR database.  While the database
and utilities are designed for DBII use, the QWIK4.TXT file provided
in the library can also be maintained in ASCII with any text editor.
QWIK4 can also serve as a general purpose database for those wishing 
to keep up a file on their application library beyond what most of
the currently available CP/M catalog programs provide.
