LUX80 and UNARC142 (.ARK/.ARC file utility)

  UNARC14W.COM is for RCP/M use with LUX75 -- UNARC142.COM is for 
  non-secure use with LUX80.  If you wish to further customize, use 
  the enclosed UNARCOVL.ASM, assemble with ASM, MAC, etc, and 
  overlay one of the UNARC*.COM files via MLOAD or similar.

  Special note:  While the docs of UNARC142.LBR specifically state
  that this version of UNARC is for sysop use, Bob Freed personally
  told me that the entire collection could be released -- he also
  said that the version in LUX could have been renamed to UNARC15.
  This was right after my release of LUX54 (02/02/87), in case he
  forgot about the conversation -- I have not gone behind his back
  on this (you may also note that Irv's v7.0 was first to have UNARC142
  included, ragardless).  Thanks to you, Bob, for your fine work!
