LUX80 and LT18 (TYPE utility)

  There are two versions of LT included in LUX80 -- LT18.COM is for 
  normal non-secure systems, since it allows command line member 
  extractions and unlimited display of text -- LT18RCPM.COM is for 
  RCP/M use, since it does not allow command line member extraction 
  and is set for a maximum number of displayed lines before 
  aborting.  Whichever you choose to use, rename it to TYPE.COM and 
  LUX will be able to use it.
