I have tested the conversion with "sample" user and message
files from an active MBBS, and they seem to perform exactly
as they should.

I hope this set of programs will give MBBS users some incentive
to try the PBBS assembly language bulletin board system. The
programs will allow a sysop to convert his system, and not lose
his user or message base.  Questions may be directed to the Dallas
Connection RCPM/PBBS at (214) 238-1016 or directly to IAN's ICBBS.
Since I have little or no knowledge of MBBS, your questions would
be answered more quickly by IAN concerning MBBS, and your questions
concerning PBBS should be directed to me.
