               This firmware is identical to the TNC-2  version,  with  the
          exception of an added 'B' command to display and change the  HDLC
          and RS-232 baud rates.  The default HDLC baud rate is 1200, while
          the default RS-232 baud rate is 9600.  The 'B' command expects  a
          parameter consisting of one or two digits: the  first  represents
          the HDLC baud rate and the second (if  present)  respresents  the
          RS-232 baud rate.  The digits used to represent baud rates are:

                 3          9600

          After changing the baud rate parameter with the 'B' command,  the
          new baud rate(s) will become effective on the next power up.  The
          'B' command is actually present in the TNC-2 version, but has  no
          effect on tnc operation.

               Two versions of firmware are supplied  for  the  PK-87:  one
          configured for use with 16K of RAM, the other configured for  use
          with 32K of RAM.  The 16K version assumes a  standard  cpu  clock
          speed of 2.4576 Mhz, while the 32K version assumes  a  cpu  clock
          speed of 4.9152 Mhz.
