The  overlay  that is in this package customizes MEX  (Modem 
EXecutive  program  written by Ron Fowler) for the  NEC  PC-8801. 
There  is  also a copy of MEX112.COM with  this  overlay  already 
installed  for those who do not want to bother with the  assembly 
and loading of the overlay. 

     Description of files:

     -N815DOC.WS....The file you are reading
     MXO-N815.AQM...Source code for the PC-8801 overlay
                    (stands for MeX Overlay-Nec 8801 version 1.5)
     MEX-N815.COM...MEX112  program with overlay installed  and 
                    ready to go.

    How to use:

          First  you  will  want  to set  the  RS-232  jumper  to 
position #5.  This will enable both 300 and 1200 baud  operation. 
via the SET BAUD command

          Next type MXO-N815 <return>

 Note:  this  program  is self contained and needs NO .DRV  files 
installed.  This program will initialize the serial port for 1200 
baud  no parity operation as the default.  You can alter this  by 
using the SET BAUD and the SET PARITY commands after the  program 
is running.

     You  can type SET ?  to get a list of valid SET commands  or 
just SET to get a list of the current baud rate and parity.
