RAMDRIVE version 6

          This is a public domain program that I have installed for use
with the 256K RAM expansion.  To use it you need to create a disk with a
63K version of your system :-

A>MOVCPM 63 *
A>SAVE 34 CPM63.COM
A>SYSGEN CPM63.COM

          Then boot from that disk and to install RAMDRIVE just type:-

A>RAMDRIVE

          This is the simplest way to use the RAM as a RAMDRIVE C:.  CBIOSR
is just a fairly standard Kaypro BIOS with no frills plus the routines from
RAMDRIVE.  Since I don't like being interrogated every time I cold boot I
made the initialisation a separate program.
