Synopsis:

	K-DIAL is a phone dialer for use on KAYPRO 84-series systems with
the KAYPRO internal modem (i.e 2X, 4 and 10).  External phone list files 
and real-time clock support is provided.

External list files:

	- ASCII characters.
	- Max 512 entries.
	- Each entry 32 bytes max.
	- Created and maintained by text editor.
	- Name field first, length 16 bytes max; whitespace not allowed.
	- Name and number fields separated by whitespace.
	- Number field 14 bytes max.
	- Records separated by CR,LF.
	- name (for search) difaults to DIALER.LST

Real-Time Clock: Kaypro internal only.


Usage:

	DIAL <phone number>		Dial phone number specified on
					command line.

	DIAL <name>			Search default list file (DIALER.LST)
					for 'name'; Dial associated name if 
					found.  Error message displayed and
					interactive mode entered if 'name' is
					not found in DIALER.LST.

	DIAL <name> <list file spec>	Search 'file spec' for 'name'.  Number
					is dialed if found; error message dis-
					played and interactive mode entered if
					not.

	DIAL <no parameters>		Enter interactive mode using
					DIALER.LST.

	DIAL -E				Enters interactive mode on DIALER.LST.

	DIAL -E <file spec>		Enters interactive mode on 'file spec'.


List file example:

TOM		1-801-555-1212		(note that any amount of whitespace
					 may be used to separate name and 
					 number, and that separators are
					 allowed in phone numbers).
