NOVICE.BAS is a random (FCC) Novice Class theory examination
program and runs under MS-DOS BASIC. It does not contain the
questions that require a diagram to be drawn and some of 
the questions that have a diagram in the question.

PRINTEST.BAS will output a NOVICE test and answer key to the printer
It is in the proper format for the administering of a FCC NOVICE exam

NOVICE.DAT is all the NOVICE questions that I could type in ASCII format
