MORSETXT sends text files out as Morse Code by toggling an RS232
 control line. 
The text files,their sending rates and other option parameters 
 may be specified at the system prompt line, by direct entry or
 by SUB file.
There is also a Morse keyboard loop.
A schematic for a quick-and-easy tone maker is enclosed.
