Here's a few programs to control an Epson FX80. Each do some-
thing differrent. FX80.COM is self explanatory by typing
'FX80', EP.COM also has a menu, I compiled this from Mbasic.
LF.BAS is a small,but useful program that allows you to line
feed, backup linefeed, reset printer, and return to CP/M.
CMP.BAS sets minimal line spacing, small print, and optional
compressed mode. This is great to save paper, print a DIR so
you can put it in a disk sleeve, or on a disk. I wrote the
basic programs, modified and compiled EP.COM, but FX80.COM
is a program from a BBS.

These programs allow you to control the printer without
touching it, and are very useful to me because I am a
quadreplegic and cannot move my hands, etc. I type with
a mouthstick. If anyone else is in a similar situation they
will find these programs a big help. Others should still
