PC/MSDOS <--> CPM file transfer

Files in this library are crunched with Steve Greenbergs CRUNCH
utility.  To expand files with a middle Z in the filetype, use

  UNCR *.*

Files are checksummed with CCITCRC, and should yield a 00 00
FIRST checksum in both crunched and uncrunched form.

Library entries are datestamped.

This system expects to operate with the DSKDRIVE system.  You
will need DSKDRV16.LBR and RSX12.LBR (latest versions as of
86/Oct/14).
