This library contains a dBASE II package to maintain a checkbook.
It was written by Lawrence B. Erdile of Winnipeg, Manitoba and
was modeled after CHEKBOOK (1984) by Thomas R. Mierau. It is
enhanced by the report generation ability of dBASE II and the
ability to index and sort by any of the fields. It uses two .DBF
files and makes extensive use of memory variables. It maintains
up to eight subaccounts and permis transfers between these
accounts. It handles checks, automatic bank cheques, bank service
charges, and can allocate amount predetermined by the user to
each subaccount when certain deposits are made. A separate
ROLLOVER.CMD command file to handle year-end rollovers is in the
works as well as a more complex report generator menu. This will
be external to the main package and will be uploaded as an
update.
