The first argument is a character string to receive the representation of the current date. The second argument is a character string to receive the representation of the current time. The third argument is a date specification in the same 7-word integer array format as is returned by 'getnow' (year including century, month, day, hour, minute, second, millisecond). The fourth argument selects the format of the character representations; at present, only 0 is used, giving a date in the form MM/DD/YY and a time in the form HH:MM:SS.
