This library contains information on the Compuserve 'B' protocol along with
other information on the VIDTEX communications programs used in the CIS
environment.

	There are two files in this library:
	-  BPROTO.DQC - A squeezed, printer ready document describing
			the 'B' protocol in detail.

	-  BP.C	      - A sample program written in C to implement the 
			Compuserve 'B' protocol.  It is intended to serve
			as an example subroutine called from the main
			communications program.

These files were downloaded from Compuserve.

I was curious and wanted to know exactly what this 'B' protocol was and how it
worked.  The MEX terminal program makes reference to Compuserve protocols and
that sparked my search for information.
