-={ EZalias for EZCPR }=- EZalias is adapted from EZ version 1.00 for EZCPR. It is for constructing ALIAS or SYNONYM type files for EZCPR. EZ10 was presumedly intended by the original author for only CP/M and ZCPR (ZCPR1 or ZCPR2?). EZalias is intended for use only with EZCPR. Adaption to EZalias was influenced by TXT.COM and GTXT.COM. An assembled EZalias.COM is provided in this .LBR for instant use. (If you use regular CP/M, use SYNONYM. If you use ZCPR3 or EPEX, use the ALIAS programs made specifically for those systems.) To use EZalias, copy EZalias.COM to a newname.COM file. Insert a command line in the newname.COM file using WordStar in Non-Document mode with CTRL-V Insert Off. Make sure you are in Non-Document mode and Insert is Off. In WordStar, the fourth line should look something like this: [START];;;;;;;;; ^@[END] Note, "^@[END]" will be further off to the right beyond the screen. OVERWRITE the blank between ";;;;;;;;;" and "^@[END]" with a command line you want to use, such as: [START];;;;;;;;;dir $sl;pause;ws;era *.bak;dir ^@[END] (It will work with or without CAPS.) Then save the file, exit WordStar and try it out. Ruel Hernandez Chula Vista, California CompuServe: 71450,3341 GEnie MAIL: R.HERNANDEZ July 30, 1987
